Data Warehouse

Works in a data warehouse environment which includes data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation. Responsible for leading data warehouse team in development and enhancements of the data warehouse user Intermediate face.

Security Analyst

Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Interfaces with user community to understand their security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them.

Support Specialist

Provides accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user computer and networking problems of moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity. Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at the end user's location to resolve problems, using basic troubleshooting and technical skills.

Business Technology Analyst

Formulates and defines system's scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex information systems.

Business Intelligence

Oversees various systems projects of a highly complex nature. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.

Applications Programmer

Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Database Admin

Supports Information Systems and Technology staff by ensuring that the required databases are installed, maintained, and available for use. Provides database administration support to IS&T projects.

Computer Operator

Monitors and controls one or more mini or mainframe computers by operating the central console or on-line terminals. Continuously observes the operation of the console panel, storage devices, printers, and the action of the console printer to monitor the system and determine the point of equipment or program failure.


Business Technology Manager

Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results.

Senior Applications Architect

Technical expert leads the application architecture and development efforts for enterprise level applications. Develops technical strategy for a particular application or suite of applications. Leads the team from a technical perspective in the areas of application architecture, systems analysis and design, and software programming.

IS&T Manager

Manages technical teams and/or functional area within IS&T. Responsible for the day-to-day duties within their assigned group. Develops and enforces IS&T policies.

Database Administration Manager

Top level technical expert supporting unlimited end user groups. Works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. Has high level of diverse technical experience related to studying and analyzing systems needs, systems development, and systems process analysis, design, and re-engineering.

Information Security Manager

Directs and implements the necessary controls and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction. Provides guidance and direction for the physical protection of information systems assets to other functional units.

Senior Technical Support Manager

Supports product/products District Managers through the successful dissemination of technical systems, programs, and products. This position will support Sodexo's goal of service spirit, team spirit, and spirit of progress in providing innovative solutions to our clients that deliver cost and quality solutions.

Lead Project Manager

Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Senior Leadership Opportunities

Director, Information Security

Directs the data/information security function for North America. Responsible for information security strategy, security architecture development and enterprise function oversight. Directs the planning and implementation of company-wide security initiatives, including IS&T systems, business operation, and facility defenses, against breech and vulnerability.

Director, Network Services

Directs the planning, design, implementation, organization and operation of the Data Center networks, LAN, WAN, internet egress/ingress, wireless networks, VOIP, telephony and PBX. Establishes operational objectives and assignments. Provides leadership vision to establish and document an overall Network Strategy.

Director, Global Opportunities

Directs all Global Project Management activities related to the organizations distributed systems including strategy, application selection, development, training, and production management. Responsible for both team and project budgets, staff and Business User management throughout the full development life cycle from conception to post implementation.

Director, Project Management Office

Central point of contact responsible for coordinating and reporting on project adherence with timelines, budgets, methodologies, IS&T standards, etc. Ensures proper business involvement on all projects and that business requirements are clear and meet minimum standards for clarity and validation. Establishes and manages project budgets, tracks expenses, and performs forecasting, plus tracks capital expenditures and expenses of projects against budget.

Director, Help Desk and Support

Responsible for all NorAm Help Desk Operations and outsources contracts. Directs the desktop support for all regional headquarters and offices and includes the Information Security fulfilment of security request forms. Develops and monitors budgets. ensures and maintains high customer service standards.

Director, Applications Systems Analysis

Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities. Reviews systems development project requests and coordinates schedules and related departmental activities. Provided overall direction and guidance to assigned project managers.

Director, Data Management

The Director of Information Management will be responsible for all activities related to Supply Management’s product and unit level data requirements, process flows and systems design, development and improvement.
